Much of our menu and, of course, all of our signature pizzas, utilise our stone pizza oven which was imported for us from Washington State in the USA. These pizza ovens are regarded as the best in the world and we believe help us create outstanding pizza bases. Our Woodstone oven pizzas are famous throughout Dublin for over twenty-five years.
Our pizza dough is freshly made every day, on the premises, using just five ingredients: flour, water, yeast and small amounts of salt and sugar. We make all our own sauces , dressings & desserts in-house. We source our chicken, beef, pepperoni & pork from local Irish suppliers some of whom we have been dealing with for years. Our hand cut fries are prepared in-house daily from local Irish potatoes and are cooked to order to ensure freshness.
