Wherever possible ingredients are sourced locally. Our fresh meats are all 100% Irish.
Our pizza dough is freshly made every day,
on the premises, using just five ingredients: flour, water, yeast and small amounts of salt and sugar.
We never use frozen or processed chips.
We freshly prepare our fries every day starting with the basic raw ingredient – the potato!
With the exception of ice-cream all our desserts are created in our own kitchens, including our famous cheesecake, which follows a recipe used by the owner’s mother 40 years ago.
Chickens are Irish and free range. Chicken is supplied by Kelly Brothers Butchers, Dublin and by Doyle Catering Meats
Pallas Foods supply our beef and lamb burgers. Pallas Foods and Doyle Catering Meats supply our Irish steaks.
Fresh fish is supplied by Kish Fish of Smithfield, Dublin.
