Gotham Cafe Terms and Conditions:
The maximum group number that we can accommodate is 1 table of 17 people. This number includes small children and infants in buggies. We will not be able to increase numbers should you arrive with more than the number you originally booked for. Table bookings are held for 15 minutes from the time a table is booked. After this time lapse, tables will be released to other diners. Please contact us directly by telephone (not e-mail) if you are running late for your booking at +353 1 679 52 66.
Deposits required for group bookings: For parties of 13 or more we require a €10.00 non-refundable deposit per person. This will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your visit.
Due to the large number of late cancellations and no shows, we require Bank Card Details for all reservations. Except as noted (above) for group bookings, NO CHARGE is applied to your bank card UNLESS there is a no show or a late cancellation in which case a €10.00 charged per person booked applies. We do not want to have to charge you but we will be at a financial loss if you fail to honour your reservation!
Your Bank Card Details are stored in a fully PCI Compliant manner by our card processor, Stripe.
During the Christmas season:
For parties of 5 or more, we require a €10.00 non-refundable deposit per person which will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.
Gotham Cafe Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to honour your reservation or, if you have a reduction in numbers, you must cancel or edit your booking within 48 hours in advance of the booked date to avoid cancellation fees of €10.00 per person. You can cancel or edit your reservation on-line (via the link in your confirmation e-mail) or by calling us directly on +353 1 679 52 66 (from 12 Noon Tuesday to Sunday only)
We will do our best to accommodate specific seating requests, but we can not guarantee it. Our Outdoor Seating Area is a NON smoking space.
A service charge of 12.5% is applied to parties of 6 or more people. All tips, gratuities and service charges are distributed on an agreed pooled basis amongst our team. This is in addition to their contracted wages.
